June 5 - Minnesota Fishing Challenge
This fishing contest benefits Minnesota Teen
Challenge. Teams fish for prizes that
include guided fishing trips with Al
Lindner, Ron Lindner, Walleye Dan and other
local guides. Prizes are also awarded in the
Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike,
Panfish, and also the mixed bag division.
Enjoy some great fishing on Gull Lake and
support a great cause. |

June 18 - 37th annual Confidence
Learning Center Golf Classic
Enjoy a great golf outing as you support
Confidence Learning Center. Camp Confidence
provides year around outdoor recreational and
educational opportunities for individuals
with developmental disabilities. One of the
goals of the Confidence Learning Center is
to enhance the ability and self confidence
of people of all ages with developmental
disabilities. Education is provided through
hands on outdoor recreational experiences. |

June 18 - Sertoma Mariucci Fiesta
Enjoy in the festivities and tour the
Confidence Learning Center. Meet the golfers
and fishermen participating in this great
fundraising weekend. This event is hosted by
the Brainerd Sertoma (service to mankind)
Club. |

June 19 - 27th annual Confidence
Learning Center Fishing Classic
Fish with a professional angler or a
fishing guide on the Gull Lake Chain and
support a great cause! Awards, prizes, and a
raffle. |

August 7-8 - Gull Lake Fun Regatta
Watch as the blue waters of Gull Lake are
crossed by sailboats racing around a buoyed
course. This race is headquartered from the
Gull Lake Yacht Club, located just one mile
south of Gull Four Seasons Resort, just past
Love Lake. |

August 21 - Gull Lake Antique and
Classic Wood Boat Show
Take a look into the past as many of the
more than 50 classic wooden boats of Gull
Lake and beyond gather at Bar Harbor for a
fun filled day. Bar Harbor is located on the
north end of Gull Lake. To get to Bar Harbor
by car, head north on highway 371 for 3
miles to County Road 77 (Sportland Corners
stoplight), and turn left (west) for 3
miles. You will cross the bridge over the
Gull Lake Narrows and find Bar Harbor on the
left, the boat show is on the docks. |
